为何升级？新版订阅计划更灵活，可按需充值实体与API限制。还支持将ThingsBoard Edge和Trendz Analytics作为插件启用，便于在一处管理整个IoT基础设施。

速率限制

平台的速率限制策略旨在保证可预测的服务质量，并在峰值负载下保持运行韧性。限制在租户层面（所有设备与用户的聚合活动）和单设备层面同时生效，采用每秒、每分钟、每小时的统一时间窗口，在突发容忍与持续吞吐上限之间取得平衡。阈值随套餐（Maker、Prototype、Startup、Business、Business+）变化，与预期流量画像匹配，确保多租户公平使用及SLA达标。

若工作负载超过分配限制，相应请求将被平台临时拒绝，直至速率恢复到策略范围内。此外，发生超限时平台会通知租户管理员。

其中”K“表示1千，”M“表示1百万，”B“表示10亿。

白标

ThingsBoard Web界面支持在2分钟内配置公司或产品Logo及配色，无需编码、无需重启服务。详见功能文档。ThingsBoard Cloud扩展了白标能力，支持便捷配置自有域名。详见域名管理。

白标功能在Prototype、Startup和Business的历史订阅计划中可用。

如何切换到新订阅计划？

研究表明约90%的现有客户在现有历史计划下已能满足需求，但不少用户仍可能认为新的按需付费+充值模式更具吸引力且更经济。

切换的主要优势在于灵活性。无需为了提升某项限制（如API调用或SMS数量）而升级到明显更高级的套餐，新模型支持为所需资源单独购买充值。

充值可用范围：

通用充值：API限制及通用实体（如告警、规则链等）的充值自Pilot套餐起可用。
设备与资产充值：设备与资产最大数量的充值仅在Business套餐中提供。

两步即可切换

切换至新模型无需数据迁移，过程简单。

在左侧主导航进入“计划与计费”。
点击“更新计划”按钮。
选择目标套餐并确认。

如何取消订阅？

终止ThingsBoard Cloud订阅可按下述步骤操作：

以租户管理员身份登录ThingsBoard Cloud。
点击屏幕右上角三点图标，在下拉菜单中选择账户进入账户设置。
在个人资料标签下点击橙色删除账户按钮。
按提示完成取消订阅流程。
在确认对话框中点击“我了解后果，删除账户”完成确认。

之后，订阅终止入口将迁移至ThingsBoard导航菜单中的“计划与计费”页面。
