We’re looking for an TechOps Engineer to join our team on the full-time basis in the Kyiv office.

We deliver and constantly improve scalable, robust and affordable IoT Platform that dramatically reduces time-to-market for life-changing IoT solutions. We also help companies to deliver great IoT products based on ThingsBoard.

Requirements:

Proven technical background and experience of support/configuration of Linux/Unix;

Experience with the DBs;

Experience in Linux command line;

At least basic knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, SLA/OLA;

Troubleshooting skills strong enough to be able to perform L2 investigation and deliver resolutions;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner;

Good communication skills;

Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English;

Strong knowledge of at least one Scripting language (BASH or Python);

Docker, Docker-Compose knowledge.

Would be a huge plus:

Experience with the NoSQL DBs;

Familiarity with SDLC;

Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP;

Kubernetes knowledge.
