ThingsBoard is looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in the Kyiv office!

Requirements:

2+ years of the IT project management experience on all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing;

Solid understanding of the project management best practices including different methodologies and tools;

Attention to details, diligence, and ability to accomplish tasks;

Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage and track project results;

Strong self-managing skills;

Good communication skills;

Upper-intermediate English.

Will be a plus:

Experience of working with a distributed team;

Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities:

Manage requirements clarification and estimations;

Manage project issues, risks, and change orders;

Monitor, track and report on project progress;

Organizing and motivating a project team;

Collaborate with internal feature teams, developers, designers, QA, HR;

Ensure resource availability and allocation.
