We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team on the full-time basis in the Kyiv office.

We deliver and constantly improve scalable, robust and affordable IoT Platform that dramatically reduces time-to-market for life-changing IoT solutions. We also help companies to deliver great IoT products based on ThingsBoard.

Requirements:

Application installation/upgrade procedures;

Application support;

Skill set for L2 application support and SLA management;

Ability to run SQL/CQL statements to extract data and make config changes on DB as and when required;

Creating docs in Knowledge Base.

Would be a huge plus:

Experience with the NoSQL DBs;

Experience with HTTP(S)/MqTT/TCP/UDP;

Readiness to work night shifts (in future);

Any experience with logical chain creation.
